Homes currently on the market increased 32% since last month. There are 86 active listings 30 of these are new construction. 21 homes were listed last month and only one went under contract. Last month eight went under contract. Three sold in May compared with zero in April. Home prices range from 275,000 for a Solomons Landing condo to $3,200,000.
