Grasshopper-present. Sensei- Can you answer my 7 Active Rain Blog Posts Questions?
There are a few things I would love to understand and learn how to do in regards to  Active Rain Blog Posts. I have tried to be as specific as possible so I don't waste your time. I really appreciate your help in advance:)
1. My blog doesn't have any cool graphics behind the blog yet I've seen other Active Rain members with this feature. Now how do I do that? Can you please provide the step by step instructions or send me to the link with the information?

Short sales in my neighborhood? Well, yeah....

I received a funny call the other day. It was from a homeowner who received a post card from an agent in his area which lists the homes the agent has for sale and how much they are selling for, or how much the agent sold a home for since the last postcard he sent. I think we're all familiar with these right?
