We have all experienced it! "The So Called Home Inspector" who is not licensed or insured. I congratulate the State of Florida legislators for signing a bill that requires home inspectors and mold specialists to be regulated by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation effective July 1, 2010. Home inspectors will be required to attend 120 hours of pre-license education and 14 hours of continuing education every two years and to carry errors and ommissions insurance.
