Recipe Cards in the Mail - What do you think about it?
Recipe Cards - Do you send them?  Do you look at them? I do, but I watch the Food Network too.  Do the people who receive them look at them?   Will they call that agent when they are ready to list their house?   Will they call when they are ready to buy?The rule of thumb I always hear is send them something of value and make it real estate related.I got a new recipe card today from the neighborhood Realtor,  I may try the recipe, but I already know a good agent.I do read them, I don't send them.  Is it a good touch?  What do you think?Here is my favorite Oatmeal Raisin Cookie recipe  -  My personal twist is to add 1 cup crushed walnuts.   Mmmm  so Good!Great for open houses!
