Control your anxiety about your time.  
We have it everyday their more things to do on our schedule then we can fit into the day. We have to be in two places at the same time and the list goes on.  
Our anxiety and the stress will grow.  
The secret is not in working more hours but in planning the hours that we work.   
Plan your day around your most productive activities, and the elimination of non-productive activities. Learn to say no to time wasters.   
Focus on what's important not what's critical.  
Control your time and you will control your anxiety.
