Catta Verdera Country Club is a gated golf course community in the city of Lincoln, located in Placer county, California. There are actually three different gated areas all within the Catta Verdera Country Club:
1. Custom homes & lots - Camino Verdera, Paseo Tranquilo, Senda Roble, Via Vistoso, Rua Esperanza, Prado Vista, Corte Sendero, Corte Ocaso, Vista de Madera. Verdera by JTS Communities and Campagna by Richmond American Homes - Monteverde Drive, Monteverde Lane, Feliz Way, Estrella Court, Estrella Place, Bella Circle, Cresta Court, Fuente Way.
2. Monticello by Centex Homes - Ladera Drive, Yerba Way, Valle Court.
3. Monte Azul by Greenbriar Homes - Camino Cielo.
The Catta Verdera Country Club has 24-hour roaming security patrol and the homeowner's association fees include maintenance of the common areas and front lawns (except in the custom homes & lots). Custom lots start in the low $200,000's, tract homes start in the $600,000's and custom homes start in the $1,000,000's.
