Sun City West Real Estate Resale Market Report for the Week Ending October 25, 2009:
Total Listings:  408 Total Golf Course Property Listings: 54 Total Non-Golf Course Property Listings: 354 Under Contract:  13 Closed Transactions: 10 New Listings: 35 Sun City West Absorption Rate (Weeks of Inventory): 37 weeks Corte Bella Absorption Rate (Weeks of Inventory): 65 weeks   There are 10 active short sale property listings in Sun City West.  4 properties are awaiting bank approval.  14 short sale properties have sold and closed since October 25, 2008.
There were three new foreclosure property listed last week.  A total of 17 active foreclosure (lender owned) properties are presently listed on MLS.  4 foreclosed properties are pending in escrow.  30 foreclosed properties have sold and closed since October 25, 2008.
