I'll be home for Christmas, but...
I will be home for Christmas,  Something I read awhile back said the best day of the year to submit a low offer is Christmas day.  Would I do it? yes I would. When I start working with someone I build a friendship/bond with them and if a I could help someone get a great deal on a home and they want to try and do it sure why not. Think of all the people that work on Christmas day to make your life easier. I also have a Jewish customer and if he is ready so am I.
If you are in a service business, business is serving others, ether do it or don't.
If you want to buy a home and you need it done on Christmas Day call me and I will help you out. You might have to come and eat dinner with us but sense my wife can cook that's a good thing.
