The selling range was a low of $285,000 and a high of $6,510,000.  As of November 30th, there were 123 homes active on the market, with an average listing price of $1,470,153 and an average DOM of 211 days.  There were 23 homes under contract with an average list price of $421,707 and an average DOM of 138 days.
