Not Understanding the Legal Ramifications That Can Arise When Selling a Home!
This fatal mistake can be REALLY FATAL and end up in legal fees and law suits. I cannot stress this point enough-KNOW THE LEGAL MATTERS WHEN SELLING YOUR HOME. This includes things such as using proper contracts like the F-20, knowing how the "law" will interpret contracts, and having a deep understanding of real estate laws such as the equal housing opportunity guidelines, the Fair Housing Act, and others. Are you familiar with YOUR State, Federal and County laws and guidelines??
