After the Interviews, Could You Let Us Know What You Decided?
Dear Home Seller, On behalf of ourselves and our real estate industry, we have a small request for you.  We're here to serve YOU, but when you make that decision about who to hire to list your home, could you let us know?  We're professionals, we won't yell, scream, question your heritage or anything like that!  We're not saying it's rude not to let the agents know who didn't get your listing, but we're all human...we're curious, we'd like to have closure! When you decide to use another agent to list your home, we understand!  We may be disappointed, but we understand.  Either we didn't effectively communicate how we could serve YOU, maybe you didn't like our valuation of your home, maybe our personalities didn't click, or perhaps the other agent offered something you valued more!  It happens!
We don't win them all despite our best efforts, but when the way we find out we DIDN'T get hired by you is when the MLS entry goes in?  Well, at that point, we can't even contact you to ask why without violating our ethics code!  And we'd love to know why.... it's how we improve our business and service!  So if you ... more
