Do you actually read an entire post before you scroll down to make your comment? 
There was this great featured post the other day where a member of Active Rain was asking for advice about starting her own wordpress blog/site. 
Reading through the comments I noticed that there were comments giving Debbie advice about what she has to have on her wordpress blog/site. Some of the commenters said she needs to have ways that a buyer can search for their home and things related to real estate buyers and sellers. Her post is 'members only' so I won't link to it from a public post. But here is a link to her profile- Debbie Gartner Flooring Guru. 
It caused me to wonder how many people actually read the post. Also, do you look on the blogger's side bar to see who they work for? 
Active Rain is open to all real estate related businesses. So there are Realtors®, Mortgage Brokers, Consultants, Stagers, Home Inspectors and others. 
Debbie owns a Flooring Franchise. She sells Hardwood flooring, tile and carpet. Having a home buying search like Diverse Solutions or Realbird are really not going to be benefit Debbie and her business.
