I was chatting with my appraiser yesterday about market conditions and the mortgage industry, and he shared with me that he had $16,000 in invoices that are in jeopardy of not being paid due to buyers no longer qualifying for loans.
That's 40 appraisals - 40 sales not closing with a buyer in contract.  Wow...
