Toronto Real Estate Board wins Court Case
On December 21, 2010, the Court of Appeal of Ontario announced its unanimous decision to dismiss the appeal in the case of The Toronto Real Estate Board ("TREB") vs. Fraser Beach.  $23,500 in costs were awarded to TREB.
The court case related to displaying of Multiple Listing Service ("MLS") data on a publicly accessible website in a particular fact situation.
