Many a young hopeful would-be princess has poised in front of her mirror asking the age old question, "Who is the fairest of all?"
Fast Forward...Year 2011
"Google, Google on the Net, Who Is the Fairest of All?
I like to think that I am not that same little would-be princess standing before her mirror hoping to be announced as the fairest of all.  No, I am all grown up now (and then some!)!  In fact, I usually don't spend much time before the mirror anymore.
Yet, there is that same lure out there...that pull...that draws me to wonder, to dream, & aspire to being the fairest of all.
Google Alerts Are the New Mirrors of Today 
Vainly, perhaps, I have set my Google Alert to let me know anytime that my name comes up on Google!  Vain, yes!  Self serving, perhaps!  Better than a mirror, yes!  Another great feature is that Google Alerts do not show wrinkles.      
Other than the "princess" thing the real side of what Google Alerts do for me in 2011 is that I know immediately how my marketing is working and I can use the always fresh information to keep my clients ... more
