Good articles about shadow inventory, foreclosures, rent increases, etc
I just got a link to an article here from my great mortgage broker and really enjoyed the articles about shadow inventory, the increasing distressed sales, rent increases, etc. One of the other items addressed here in other articles is about the mortgage broker compensation changes which are awful and appear to be orchestrated by big banks who elect our politicians and are cutting out independent brokers so they get all the business. I think realtors should be watching this closely because this could affect them and I am surprised that NAR did not get involved in this issue and lobby against it - at least I got no notices and I think it has implications for realtors as well. Just more information - knowledge is power, particularly if you use it. Here is the general link to the website.
