Ottawa Real Estate - Casselman
For some crazy reason Casselman, ON the real estate market is terribly slow this year. As of today, there are 27 active listings available (these are only single detached homes). The prices are dropping and you can certainly get value for your dollar. There are some beautiful homes with large lots and tonnes of upgrades.
Casselman is a small town has has grown quite a bit over the last few years. Its minutes (like 3) from the 417, only a 40 minute drive to the City of Ottawa, commuter bus service, excellent schools both English and French, close to amenities, good shopping, friendly people and still the market is slow.
