LEED for Homes for sale
Our first LEED for Homes project is on the market. This home, 365 Burchs Creek Road, Crozet, VA, that we designed in 2005 is efficient, durable, and healthy. It features a high performance insulation package, water efficient fixtures, rainwater harvesting system, metal roof, recycled content carpet, reclaimed wood floors, and an efficient heating and cooling system. The project was the first LEED for Homes Certified project in the Southeastern United States back in 2005.
