Twas A Dark & Stormy Night:  Another Liz Spear Team Listing SOLD In Lebanon! Okay, so it WASN'T stormy, but it was certainly DARK when this deal finalized late last night!  It was after 9 p.m. by the time all the documents were signed off and ownership transferred.  It HAD to happen last night due to scheduling conflicts in the following days, and thanks to some extra effort from the title company, 800 Cherry Hill Lane in Lebanon's Silverwood Farms now officially has new owners!
