Veteran's Summit today at the Santa Rosa Auditorium
 
Thank you to all the speakers and vendors today at the first annual Gulf Coast's Veteran Summit.
There were 20 Veteran friendly vendors at the Veteran's Summit in Milton, Florida. The summit brought together the public sector with the private sector to create an intergration of services. The emphasis is being placed on the non duplication of services and to education of the veterans. Yoday we learned that there are nearly 25,000,000 veteran's in America. There will be over a million new disabled veteran's that services will need to be provided.
The first 60 to 90 days after returning from active duty is crucial to a sucessful re-entry to society by a veteran.They deserve the best treatment. the Summit offered the vendors a chance to meet and build a stategy to serve the Military better.
