C'mon agents. We can do better than this!
About a week ago, I scheduled an appointment to show a rental property of another company. I usually have my leasing specialist take care of these but it wasn't too far and it got me out of the office a little early that day.
Anyway, I show up at the house to meet the prospective renter. She was with her sister and her younger son. They were all pretty nice people.
Then, we went into the house.

The first thing to greet us was the odor. I couldn't tell right away what it was, but turned out to be an incredible combination of animal feces and urine, wet dog, dirty clothes piled in multiple places and dirty dishes, beer cans and food all piled on the counter and in the sink.
I'm only happy that we went in for one reason. So I could get these pictures! Check them out below.
      
      
As a real estate agent, I'm disturbed that someone, anyone, would put this house on the market before it's completely cleaned out. I understand if you're still moving furniture and some other things ... more
