Real Estate on a cruise
So we had our usual December cruise last week and had a wonderful time. One thing I wanted to do while I was doing the tourist thing was to stop in at Real estate offices and pick up a homes for sale magazine. I did not get to do that while we were touring around but while on a carriage ride.....

but the driver/jockey(?) did start pointing out homes for sale and real estate offices. he also discussed average home prices in the downtown area and explained the zoning laws. Some of the oldest homes in one section are all offices ecept one. they can not be torn down but must be kept p and if you do not want to live there then they must be turned into office or retail space. So I did find out the average sale price and received some good knowledge on local housing that was interesting.
