The secret is out, people are looking to find Foreclosures in Central Florida, but are often turned off after finding out they must pay for the list, that still requires tons of work and opportunities for the next person instead of themselves.
We at Perrone Realty have attempted to address this issue by creating a custom page tailored to people specifically searching for Foreclosures in Central Florida. While naturally we could also go to the pay sites, access the list of properties that are 30 days behind on their loans and hand those list out like everyone else does, but we did a little research and realized many of those list are not worth the paper they would be printed on.
