Veering Off In Another Direction

I've not posted much on ActiveRain in the past few months because I wasn't sure where I fit in.
I'm not working in real estate now, but I'm not totally out of the picture either.
The past two years have meant a lot of changes in my life and changes in my family, and my husband and I decided it was best for me to work from home for a while and focus on taking care of our baby. I wasn't able to give my full attention to both him and my clients at the same time, so I felt the most responsible thing to do was to take time off until I had a childcare arrangement I was comfortable with, so that my clients would have my full attention during my working hours.
This ended up meaning that I've spent close to two years working from home doing freelance writing, SEO copywriting, and a bit of web and graphic design but not actually working as a broker.
