How to Attract Buyers with Your Blogging!!Thanks to my friend, and fellow AR Rainmaker, Fred Carver, I thought I would share my thoughts on “How your Blogging Can be Used to Attract Buyers”. Fred was nice enough to suggest this topic for helping and encouraging New Members, or even those not so New, who need to increase their business.First, of all. You need to blog what you already know. Those market and community reports that informs the public about what has sold, and what homes are still available in the various neighborhoods in your market area. Beautiful graphs and charts are nice, but I have found that the consumers want to know your opinion as to what all those numbers mean. And if you haven’t already started, you need to start adding some videos on these communities to supplement your market and community reports.
Being visual and up close and personal is guaranteed to make those phone lines ring. Just ask Ms. Anita Clark, Andy Mooers, Debb Janes, or Karen Kruschka, just to name a few, who are awesome with their videos.  You can even make a video with still photos on communities too by using Windows Live Movie Maker ... more
