Home Residential Resale Statistics -- March 2012
 
Howard County saw a great March this year with sales increasing by $12 million compared to the same month last year.  Sales were slightly up, going from 204 to 217, and they sold on average for 10% more than in March 2011. The amount of active listings is actually down from last year, and considering activity is starting to increase we can only hope that the trend carries on during the upcoming months.
