 Home Staging: Maximizing What You Already Have!
As a Morris County stager I sometimes add furniture by repurposing it from another room if it's too empty so buyers can visualize their furniture in your home. In some cases we declutter and remove excess furniture that is shrinking the space, blocking architectural features like windows, molding and add a few accessories which makes all the difference in how the room will show in person and look on MLS.  
Last week I staged a condo that was already in great shape, but my client felt she needed some help on how to maximize her Morris County, Montville Condo and prepare it for the market.
The master bedroom only had a large King size bed and a few old folding tables for a makeshift office. My client knows where she’s moving and wanted to accomplish several goals: Prepare her home for the market, get great  MLS photos and start the redesign process for her next home, purchasing some new furniture and lighting she'll be taking with her when she moves.
