Invest In Real Estate - But Where?
 
Where should I invest in real estate?  I think Alaska is great place for it. We moved to Anchorage to invest for a few reasons.  
   
Reason #1, it is great place to live! Clean and beautiful. (Big wild life.)  
   
Reason #2, Alaska has great economy and it was doing ok while other states were suffering. The state economy is strong and split in few branches: oil, military, fishing, mining, tourism.   
  Reason #3, Anchorage sits between the ocean and mountains so it doesn't have enough space to build Single Family Houses for everybody. Because of this there are many multi-families in the city and they have better return on investment and there are great tenants!
