Do You Have a Limit on the Distance You Would Travel to Show a House?
Just got this question in my email:  Do you have a limit on the distance you would travel to show a house?
I didn't know where this young man was coming from, what he had experienced or was planning, but I jumped right in with my answer.  
Because I do, in fact, have pretty strong feelings on this subject. The answer is yes, I do have a limit on the distance I would travel to show a house - usually!
I have shown houses as far south as Littleton, east to Parker, north to Lafayette, and west to some mountain community I can't remember the name of!
But my normal area is north of Denver through Broomfield, east to Thornton and west through Arvada/Golden.
(NOTE:  This is a photo of the Oregon coast.  
THAT is definitely too far for me to go, to show a house!)
Basically, I want to give my clients the best service possible. And that means showing them houses in areas where I'm familiar with the community, home values, local planning and a bit of the history.
