Too busy to reply to an email!
How difficult is it to reply to an email?  Holy smokes, evidently for the listing agent of a property my buyer has put an offer in on, it must be a monumental task!I spoke with the listing agent last Friday, got the information about how many offers were on the table and when he would be presenting them, so on and so on.  I then confirmed with him that my buyer would be writing an offer for X amount of dollars and some of the terms of the offer and told him I would have it to him before Sunday.  He wanted the offer emailed.My fabulous buyers signed everything Friday night and I packaged all the necessary documents to the listing agent Saturday morning and asked him if he would reply that he had received the offer.  No reply came back on Saturday, ok, no big deal, perhaps he took the day off.Called him Sunday morning, got his voicemail, asked him, if he could send me a text, email me or call me to confirm that he did receive the offer.  No communication on Sunday.Monday, called him, left message, called his office left message, emailed him, no response!Initially, the listing agent ... more
