Birchbrook Manor is a  Condo complex of 62 units located at the intersection of Matilda St and Birchbrook. just east of the intersection of Lovers Lane and Greenville Ave in East Dallas TX. All the units have two bedrooms, two bathrooms.  Some units have two living areas but  the majority of the units have a one-living area floor plan.
