I Picked Up A Stranger  Today And Will Do It Again. I lean on the side of caution so I would never pick someone up on the side of the rode. I would stop to offer to call for help but put myself in a position to get hurt, I just wouldn't do.
So then why would I Picked Up A Stranger And Will Do It Again? My husband and I were eating dinner at a local restaurant last night and had such a nice, friendly, young waitress. We found out that she was new to town, the wife of a soldier, they hadn't met very many people and she was having to take a taxi to work everyday. They had a second car but had hit a deer and wrecked it so it couldn't be driven. Her husband worked during the day and couldn't get off in time to get her to her evening work shift.
