Happy clients are a great reward
I was referred some very nice people from an out of area agent who I have known for many years. They were specific on what they wanted in a house and the price too. It was of course challenging to find what they want and also in their price range. After a few days of viewing, they returned home and I told them when I found their prefect house, I would let them know.
Within a few eeks, I did find them a perfect house and a bargain price too. They made an offer and when the offer was accepted came to view the home and of course they loved the home.
The closed escrow yesterday and I received 4 calls from each family member thanking me as I am on vacation right now. It is so rewarding to have people so happy and excited about their new home.
