I had the opportunity to meet the lead singer in a very well known rock group and I get the opportunity to know him as a person.
 
One day as we were talking I asked him if being in the group was hard work? What he said to me initially caught me a little off guard but his answer was a keeper.
 
The group at the time had toured for over 15 years and was drawing big time audiences.
 
He told me that he enjoyed what he was doing and that he both rehearsed prepared with excellences for their shows. Their shows reflected the excellences of their preparation and rehearsal.
