No offense intended folks...at least not yet.  In case some folks happen to be away from their TV's, radios and newspapers (yet have access to this post, of course), I'd like to let you in on a little bit of a new story:

I've answered a number of calls today.  Pretty decent volume for a Saturday, too- not too many calls, yet enough to keep me busy.  That's a good thing.  Make no mistake about it- if the phone never rang, business would stink.  Most folks are asking typical questions, too- "How much is that property?", "Is that place close to ....?", and "Is that 4/2 really $600?" in response to a great craigslist scam ad someone's placed for one of my properties.  Answer is "No", ... more
