WELLS FARGO CITY LIFT PROGRAM $20,000 FOR HOME BUYERS -10/5 AND 10/6
Many of you have probably have been hearing the ads that Wells Fargo have been running on your DC and MD local radio stations. Wells Fargo Bank believes in giving back to the community and help people who want to become homeowners. Wells Fargo CityLift Program is to help home buyers who are looking to buy a house in either Prince George's County MD or Washington DC. They are giving $20,000 that you can use towards your downpayment and closing costs.
 
This event will be at the Washington Convention Center on October 5th and 6th. So make sure you bring your last two bank statements,last two paystubs,W-2 Forms and 1040's because they are going to be preapproving people on the spot. There will also be a shuttle bus there taking people to "PG County MD Homes on sale". And if you are looking to "buy a house in Washington DC",they will be a shuttle bus that will be able to take you there as well.
