Short Sales in Erie County Ohio
Real Estate.com recently printed an article, Riding the Trillion-Dollar Real Estate Recovery Roller Coaster. 
Are we in fact "coming out of it?" Or, do we still have a ways to go.  If Erie County, OH Short Sale Market is any indication, I say we still have a ways to go.
Seller’s in the short sale market in Erie County, Ohio are still fighting an uphill battle.  Recent stats indicate that we still have a lot of inventory and closed sales are still the exception to the rule.  Despite promises by banks to be more cooperative and timely, the process remains fraught with problems.
              
If you find yourself in the position to consider a short sale, enlist the help of an experienced Realtor, ask questions, become as fully informed about the process as you can, and be patient, be patient, be patient, repeat…..
