Though inventory is down, sales of million-dollar homes are up in the Coachella Valley this year... which is good news for luxury home sellers! Randy Wiemer, CEO of the Palm Springs Regional Association of Realtors, said 67 more homes valued at $1 million or more have sold so far this year compared to the same period in 2011. Some 328 homes valued at $1 million or more have sold this year, up from 261 at this time last year, Wiemer said.
