The lowest priced property was a 6 room one bedroom condo with an asking price of $180,000.00 while the highest priced property is a Colonial style home built in 2007 with 11 rooms and 5 bedrooms with 4.1 baths and the asking price is $774,000.00.
Five properties went under contract with an average asking price of $452,100.00 and these properties average marketing time is 160 days.
Nine properties had been withdrawn from the market with an average asking price of $543,700.00 and they had been on the market for an average of 236 days.
Four properties had expired from the market with an average asking price of $483,062.00 and had been on the market for an average of 173 days.
