I have the extensive training and experience to accurately assess the condition of any home, and I possess the communication skills to clearly describe the inspection results to you. I am also offering infrared inspections (also known as Thermal imaging) to those who are interested. Infrared inspections is basically a non-invasive predictive maintenance technique that uses an infrared imaging and measurement camera to "see" and "measure" thermal energy emitted from surfaces within a building.
I will slowly and methodically walk you through your prospective home and fully educate you on all of its features in order for you to fully understand your property.
