Detroit, MI - Jeff Kaller will be one of 12 speakers at the Internet Marketing Made Easy Conference in Detroit, Michigan the last weekend in March.  "Many of my members are looking forward to hearing Jeff speak again.  The last time he was a guest speaker at one of my events, everyone left with something of value they were able to use in their investing," says Mark Maupin of the National Real Estate Network.
Jeff Kaller teaches his students about buying a property in pre-foreclosure, which involves approaching the borrower or owner and offering to buy the property at a discount. The owner benefits from this by walking away from their and avoiding a bad mark on their credit history; the lender benefits by getting a non-performing property off their books before it becomes another empty, boarded up eyesore in the neighborhood.
Jeff understands that today's market environment is attractive to the pre-foreclosure investor. According to the Mortgage Bankers Association, consumers with normally good credit are also defaulting on their mortgages.
