The Average Sold Price of homes sold in Stroudsburg PA for April was $122k,  DOWN from $149k for April 2013.
 
NUMBER OF HOMES SOLD:  
The Number of homes sold in Stroudsburg PA for April was 10,  DOWN from the 12 sold for April 2013.
 
YEAR TO DATE STATS IN THE REAL ESTATE MARKET REPORT FOR STROUDSBURG PA:
 
The Number of Homes sold year to date in Stroudsburg PA is 65, UP 33% from the 49 sold for 2013.
 
The Average Sold Price year to date in Stroudsburg PA is $153k, UP 1% from $151k for 2013.
 
This is the first time in 18 months that the Number of Homes being Sold in Stroudsburg PA on a monthly basis did not exceed the previous years numbers. The question is whether it is due to the inventory being mostly a “left-over” inventory or are Buyers “cutting back” in this area.
