Statistics for Sold Sales (Area Market Survey)
This is good stuff! Interesting to note that the majority of the homes sold in 30 to 60 days (way better than last year) AND this is really good: Our average home price is $699,653 and get this the median home price is $831,535!! Impressive numbers for our lovely comunity. As always I welcome your comments, questions and/or concerns and it is truly my pleasure to provide you with this data!
