Our menu of offerings is extensive.  We do Indian leased land, down payment assistance, and many other programs as well as obtain financing for Canadian borrowers.
Being a direct lender will mean quicker turn times, faster appraisal ordering, faster disclosures, better pricing and it all gets done in house.
Being a broker allows us to offer a wide variety of programs to fit the needs of nearly everyone, from first home buyers to investors.  We offer reverse mortgages, hard money, homepath and no docs loans.
Some of the Programs offered through our lenders are: Conventional-Fixed Rate, with Up to 95% LTV H(CLTV); gifts allowed. 2nd homes to 90% LTV/(H) CLTV, Investments properties to 85% LTV/(H) CLTV and Conforming and High Balance - 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 year fixed rate.
