The Saylorsburg Real Estate Market took a bit of a dive in the Average Sold Price for the month but the Number of Homes being sold remained Steady - a good thing.  Hopefully next month that Average Sale Price will be at the top of the charts, as it usually is for Saylorsburg.
The Average Sold price year to date in Saylorsburg is only down .59% !!! one of the best darn markets in all of Monroe County.  Yahoo!
Their Absorption Rate continues to be well below the County level as well - 8.25 months.
