Seller Says - Should I Stay Or Should I Go Now?

At some point every homeowner is faced with the same decision - should I stay or should I go now? How is the market? What can I get if I sell my house? Will it be worth more if I stay? What do I need to do to get my house on the market to sell? Will it sell? 
 
To be sure, only the Seller has the answer. Deciding to stay or to go is not always an easy answer. An agent provides the information and the Seller decides what to do based upon the facts and issues. Listening is key.  
 
 
 
CONDITION
When you open up the front door to strangers, does your home shine as bright as the sun? Does it smell as fresh as rain? Are the styles out of date? Is everything functioning so that you can get above average sales price?
 
BE REALISTIC
Take a look around - is your home antiquated, stuck in time, in bad condition, does it need someone to lift it out of the dark ages and into the new age? What is more appealing to buyers with the money to buy your home for at minimum, list price - is it Quality ... more
