Should I stage my home when I sell?
You have decided to sell your home.  Whatever the reason is for your decision you want to make sure you select the right professionals.
First you will need to hire a local Realtor; someone who has knowledge of the LOCAL real estate market and all disclosures you will need to give to the buyers. Your Realtor can help you find a reputable stager. If your budget doesn't allow for a stager to stage your home, you can opt for a staging consultation and stage your property yourself with the guideance of the staging consultation or report.
When you are ready to move you will need to go through a check list with your Realtor. Look at your home through the eyes of potential buyers.  Is your home de-cluttered? Remove personal photos when they are clustered in groups on the walls and furniture.  Leave only a few and pack up the rest. You want to implement the 6 C's of staging.
