I have a situation where the parties may not all be signing on the same document at the same time yet I want it to be binding on all parties.
Answer:
You are looking for the Counterparts Clause which reads as follows:
 
 
“This agreement may be signed in any number of counterparts, each of which is an original, and all of which taken together constitute one single document.”
This works well for different parties in different locations. You must still observe the irrevocable time period set forth in the Agreement.
