Thankful for My Faith
This photo is one of my favorite sunset photos taken in Destin, FL. It conveys to me a peaceful presence. The weather was perfect and the winds were gently blowing over the bay. It was taken with my Canon Rebel 3i. It reminds me of the calm that is given by having faith. 
 
Having a strong faith keeps me together when life is pulling me apart. We have all had those times when we lose a loved one or get some incredibly bad news. That is part of life.
 
There is a peace that comes knowing that all will turn out okay because we are all just passing through this life and it is short. What we accumulate here doesn't matter, what we accumulate for the hereafter has eternal value. That is so comforting to know. My faith comes from God and Him alone.
