Be Sure to Thank These Four Groups of People This Thanksgiving

At Thanksgiving we in business often think to thank clients and colleagues. I recently read a great article from RIS Media on four groups of people each of us should also be sure to thank that inspired this post.
1. Thank Your Children, Spouse and Family Members. The turbulent nature of real estate can lead to changed schedules and even missing important dates. Let your spouse and children know how much you appreciate their patience and support.
2. Thank Your Cabinet of Advisors. These are the people you go to with questions. In house, it may be your broker, office manager or risk manager. Outside, it may be your tax or legal advisor, or a home inspector who will answer pesky questions.
3. Thank Your Personal Team Members. This can be an assistant, buyer agent or even the office receptionist. Let these valued people know how much you personally appreciate their work and the skills and positive mindset they each bring to your business. 
4. Thank Past and Present Mentors and Coaches. Some may be in real estate, others may be from school or past careers. If a teacher, coach or mentor helped ... more
